Lemon House Cleaning does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as, rust, mildew or others caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.
All areas are expected to be free of clutter (no junk removal)
Fireplaces must be unused for 72 hours prior to cleaning.
We require to be informed of items or surfaces needing special care.
We are NOT responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item.
All surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection.
If the house or an object contains any biological substance that's dangerous to people or the environment.(biohazard) will be charged an extra Fee.
We charge by sq ft. and always take as much time as is necessary to do an awesome job but we have a maximum time in each home. If More than we expect will be charged $40 per hour.
We guarantee the right to refuse any service.

We only clean windows and blinds that can be reached with a 3 step ladder.
For safety, no other jobs should be done at the property while we are cleaning.
The presence of other workers or excess of people in the house might cause the estimate to be inaccurate and new charges may apply.

Lemon House Cleaning is a local company that relies primarily on word-of-mouth recommendations, so please communicate any concerns you might have about the service disclaimer or a house cleaning experience with our company. We want to make sure your experience is great so you share it with others.

To Honor our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee commitment, all requests or complaints must be done no more than 24 hours after service completion. Any complaints or requests made after this period will not be fulfilled.

On all Complaints or requests done in the 24 hours time limit, ther service will be done again ONLY at the mentioned areas, not the full service again.
